Todd’s humble roots come from the Midwest, specifically Indiana and Michigan. He began his love affair with Fine Art at Lambuth University, and is a featured speaker and advisor on contemporary Fine art at universities, museums and galleries.
Throughout his vast career as a Financial Professional, he has been on the forefront of financial education, and empowering his clients. He has been blessed to instruct at multiple community colleges and corporations throughout Colorado including: Arapaho Community College, Colorado Mountain College, Mesa State, University of Colorado, City of Aspen, Vail Resorts, Colorado Mountain College, Marriott Inc., Eagle County, Toyota, and Valley View Hospital.

Rachel has a vision for Americans to be financially educated and inspired. Her work has taken her all around Colorado. She has been instrumental in bridging the gap between education and financial acumen. Within AAM’s framework, she has flourished benefiting clients, colleagues and the company by bringing her passion and consultation into harmony.
Rachel is at the helm of business development, executing strategies that are seemingly large and unattainable. She is adamant about providing an in depth experiential process for clients and advisors. Her work includes curriculum development, fostering relationships with colleges, corporations, and creating a future where each American is aware of how to get to where they want to go financially.
Rachel has been listed on ColoradoBiz Magazine’s annual list celebrating 100 top visionary women-owned companies in Colorado in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She is CBS4’s Financial Literacy Expert, and featured regularly in local and national publications.

Milt has extensive expertise in the financial services industry. He began his career over 20 years ago in risk management and worked with Institutions at Sammons before coming to AAM.
Milt has a scientific mind, and his zeal of people and individual differences drove him directly to AAM. His enthusiasm of teamwork and systems fits perfectly with AAM clients and culture. A CU graduate and a Colorado native, he has a passion for financial education and helping students achieve their goals.
Milt’s driven and playful demeanor is refreshing and inviting. He is accessible and easy to engage with. The oldest of nine children, when he is not pursuing his dreams helping clients, he leads the charge fly fishing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and international traveling with his wife and daughter.
Kim spontaneously moved to Denver from Illinois – thankfully, that worked out. Denver is now her home. She is a graduate of Arizona State University. Kim has a passion for supporting small business owners and working in a close-knit team. We are blessed to have her wealth of over 15 years in customer service at the helm of our administrative and marketing duties.
As the Operations Manager, Kim fulfills precise and efficient task maintenance of all systems while maximizing marketing success. She is calm and grounded when executing large and small projects alike. Her multi-faceted versatility and fluidity have enabled her to become part of the AAM DNA. She believes any job worth doing is a job that needs to be completed with purpose and joy.
Kim enjoys walking her dogs, traveling, television and anything that makes her laugh or think deeply. She has taken up cooking and gym workouts. She is an only child and enjoys simplicity and routine with her husband, Scott. She is a happy member of AAM.
